It looks beautiful and I love the spider-thing that looks pretty as well as mysterious. My only comment (and I don't do digital art, so I don't really know what I'm talking about ok?) would be the spider's silk. I've been browsing your gallery and you can do better than this I feel - you have such a sense of subtlety, for detail, for that light touch that just hints at something while representing all the detail of the object, that sense of not just showing the physical thing but really making your viewer feel what it is, and therefore paint all the details in there in our own heads.
So, having said all that, I feel your spider's silk might be too simple. For example, the silk on the spider - that silk looks lovely. It's light, it's ethereal, it's beautiful. The silk hanging from the ceiling looks a little like well, like they were simply establishing lines, not the real thing. It's too strong without a sense of glisten or lustre to it. It is also without shape - if you look, the silk lines are all parallel to each other, they do not droop or hang - they're just dashes.
